To provide: a light shielding plate that enables a decrease in a light amount of light which is reflected on a side surface, where a hole is partitioned, so as to be transmitted through th hole; a camera unit; and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A light shielding plate 10 comprises: a front surface 10F located on a light incident side; a rear surface 10R that is a surface on a side opposite to the front surface 10F; and a hole 10H penetrating between the front surface 10 F and the rear surface 10R. The hole 10H has: a first hole 10H1 that has a rear surface opening H1R on the rear surface 10R and has a shape tapering from the rear surface 10R toward the front surface 10F; and a second hole 10H2 that has a front surface opening H2F, larger than the rear surface opening H1R, on the surface 10F and has a shape tapering from the front surface 10F toward the rear surface 10R to connect to the first hole 10H1. A central opening is an opening on a side opposite to the rear surface opening H1R, of the openings included in the first hole 10H1. The ratio of a distance between the front surface 10F and an edge of the central opening relative to a distance between the rear surface 10R and the edge of the central opening is 2.5 or more in a thickness direction of the light shielding plate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
