CONSTITUTION: The shading correction data generator is a device to generate a shading correction data to make shading correction for each picture element forming a picture and provided with a CCD 21 to read a shading correction data, a RAM 26 to store the shading correction data read by the CCD 21 and a data conversion circuit 51 controlling the write so that one shading correction data is stored to the RAM 26 as the shading correction data with respect to plural picture elements when the shading correction data is stored in the RAM 26.
