To provide a shading photosensitive material roll which is loadable to both of a plate making machine of a winding core supporting system and a plate making machine of a rigid side surface member supporting system.
The shading photosensitive material roll with an adapter is constituted by repetitively attachably and detachably fitting the adapter for driving and supporting the roll for the photosensitive material consisting of an annular substrate which is formed from a rigid resin material and has a circular hole in its central part and cylindrical projections which rise from the edges of this circular hole and are formed with circular holes consisting of a diameter smaller than the diameter of the circular hole of the substrate on the central part of the front end face to a winding core of the shading photosensitive material roll.
