Abstract:
To obtain a shadow-expressive fabric of refined chinchilla style by hard-twisting spun polyester staple yarns, weaving the yarns so as to have relatively high density, and directing the raised very-short fluff to random directions.
This fabric is obtained by hard-twisting fabric composed of spun yarns of polyester staple of 2.5 denier or less fineness to secure a twist coefficient of 6 or higher, raising fluff of the fabric, and relaxing the fabric by high-temperature liquid flow relaxation to direct very-short fluff of the fabric to random directions.
