Title:
SHAFT BODY HAVING SPIRAL PROTRUSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014154540
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a roller collector that a slip occurs between the roller collector and a shaft body, or between the roller collector and a peripheral member, when the roller collector performs planetary motion, and the product life cycle is shortened due to seizure on the slip face or occurrence of abrasion powder, and the problem becomes more conspicuous as the rotational speed increases thus restricting the rotational speed used.SOLUTION: A roller collector has a spiral shape including a spiral gap, and a spiral protrusion, being fitted in the spiral gap of the roller collector and wound reversely to the spiral winding direction of the spiral gap, is formed on any one or both of the outer peripheral surface of the shaft body and the inner peripheral surface of a peripheral member.
