To simply prevent the generation of static electricity at a shaft part by coating the surface of a shaft body being a part with which the hand of a worker is to be contact with a conductive metallic film.
A sack body 2 which is make of woven fabric (including knit) or non-woven fabric of cotton, rayon, polyestor and nylon or the like is put on the end part of a plastic shaft 1 and the end part 2a of the sack body 2 is adhered to the shaft 1. At the time of cleaning, a worker holds the shaft 1 with a hand and impregnates the sack body 2 with cleaning liquid of solvents or the like and he cleans gaps among precision parts and groove parts of the parts. Since the surface of the shaft 1 is coated with a conductive film, static electricity is prevented from being generated between the shaft 1 and the hand of the worker and in a manufacturing process, it becomes suitable for being used in cleanings of the precision parts in which static electricity is not allowed to be generated. When conductive textiles are made to be contained in the woven fabric or nonwoven fabric constituting the sack body 2, the sack body becomes more effective for a purpose preventing the generation of static electricity.
