Abstract:
PURPOSE:To raise the serviceability as insulating two shafts electrically, by setting a screw in the direction, along which an insulating piece is inserted to cover a shaft, and setting an insulating member between the screw and another shaft as they do not touch directly. CONSTITUTION:Around the top of a rotary shaft 27, an insulating piece 31, which is made of cylindrical electrically insulating material, is fitted and fixed by a screw 34 which is set in the direction along which imsulating piece 31 is inserted to cover a shaft. In the lower part of a shaft coupling main body 17, a rectangular hole 32, for the insulating piece 31 to be inserted, is formed, and the insulating piece 31 is pressed into the insertion hole 32 and fixed. In the upper part of the shaft coupling main body 17, a round insertion hole 40 is formed, and a driving shaft 28 of a dehydrating tank is inserted into the hole 40. The driving shaft 28 is fixed to a screw clamping seat 35 by a setscrew 36, in the direction perpendicular to the shaft's direction, and a lock nut 37 is set to prevent that the setscrew 36 is unfastened.
