Title:
SHAFT EXCAVATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3400645
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press in a hollow casing always vertically regardless of the attitude of a traveling truck and rapidly absorb reaction generated at the time of pressing in.
SOLUTION: This shaft excavating device is so constituted that a press-in head 2 for pressing a hollow casing into the ground by full arc turning or oscillatory turning is connected to a traveling truck 1. In this case, the traveling truck 1 and the press-in head 2 are connected through a shifter 3 connected at its base end to the traveling truck 1 while being vertically oscillated on the tip side and put in turning action around a traveling shaft of the traveling truck 1. The shifter 3 is provided with a base 4 with its base end connected to the front face of the traveling truck 1 by a pin 46 with a horizontal axis, and a front block 5 provided at the base 4 and connected rotatably around a supporting shaft with its axis arranged orthogonally to the axis of the pin 46. The press-in head 2 can be operated to elevate at the tip of the front block 5 through an elevating cylinder 6.
