Abstract:

To provide a shaft fastening structure of a machine part capable of surely being constrained in a rotational direction.

This shaft fastening structure of the machine part is provided for fitting and fixing a D cut part 11 in and to an insertion hole 31 by forming the cross-sectional D-shaped insertion hole 31 having a flat inside surface 35 and a circular arc inside surface 36 at a boss 3 by arranging the boss 3 in the machine part by arranging the D cut part 11 having a flat outside surface 15 and a circular arc outside surface 16 at an end of a rotary shaft 1. A screw-in hole 6 of a screw is formed in the orthogonal direction with respect to the flat inside surface 35 by making the boss 3 penetrate the circular arc inside surface 36 of a part opposed to the flat inside surface 35. The machine part is fixed to the rotary shaft 1 by pressing the circular arc outside surface 16 of the D cut part 11 in the direction of the flat inside surface 35 of the insertion hole 31 by the screw 33 screwed in the screw-in hole 6.
