Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a shaft fitting method in which a shaft that is a basic constituent, does not strain, and is fitted even when it is treated with quenching.
CONSTITUTION: A shaft 1 base member hole insertion portion 1c is inserted into a base member 3 hole 4, and the periphery of the hole 4 is push-pressed in a base member 3 thickness direction, and the plastic deformation of the base member 3 inside is made to the shaft 1 base member hole insertion portion 1c side, and the shaft 1 is fitted to the base portion 3 by means of a plastic deformation portion 3a. Such is a method.
