Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that a consumption power of motors of a dust removal water feeding pump and a booster pump becomes excess by an excessive water spray at a lowering time of a dust concentration.SOLUTION: A dust removal water quantity control method of a shaft furnace effluent gas is characterized in that when a water spray quantity of a dust removal water sprayed to an effluent gas discharged from a shaft furnace 1 in an effluent gas purification facility (a cooler 5, a disintegrator 6, a mist separator 7) is controlled, a secular change of a concentration of dust included in the effluent gas is monitored by dust monitors 33, 34, and the water spray quantity of the dust removal water is controlled based on the secular change of the dust concentration that is monitored.
