Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oscillation of a shaft without reducing productivity and workability in a shaft holding device.SOLUTION: A shaft holding device comprises: a reel 14 around which a web-like base material 100 is wound; a shaft 10 for detachably holding the reel 14; first shaft holding means 30 for rotatably holding one end of the shaft 10; and second shaft holding means 40 that can move between a shaft proximity position of rotatably holding the other end of the shaft 10 and a shaft separation position not interfering with the reel 14 detached from the shaft 10 and the base material 100 wound around the reel 14 and separated from the other end of the shaft 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
