Abstract:
PURPOSE:Not to need hardwares and tools for the shaft insulation measurement of a rotary electric machine, by pushing up a rotor with machine bolts through a lower bearing and by measuring the shaft insulation of the bearing section on the spot. CONSTITUTION:Fittings 10 are rotated with a cover hardward 11, machine bolts 12, and a shim 13 at the angle of 180 deg. and are put on the lower side of the faucet 9 of a bearing stand 5 and are fixed with fitting bolts, and a rotor 4 is pushed up with machine bolts 12, and a lower bearing in contact with the rotor 4 is separated, and the excellent degree of the shaft insulation 7 between the bearing stand 5 and the bearing is measured by a shaft insulation measuring device. On this mechanism, after completion of transportation, hardwares and tools for shaft insulation measurement cannot be needed and the work is simplified by providing screw slots inserting the machine bolts 12 of the fittings 10 vertically for the rotor 4.
