The shaft member 1 for a top lift is composed of a shaft 11 and a base 12 continuous to the shaft 11. The surface of the base 12 on the side opposite from the shaft 11 and the side face of the base 12 are finished in a fine rugged shape by a blast processing, five petal-like small pieces 12a project radially from the center of the axis of the base 12, and the shaft member is formed in a nearly corolla shape composed of five pedals as a whole in the bottom face view. A relatively soft urethane resin A is insert-molded in a manner covering the base 12, the shaft 11 is fitted in a fitting hole opened in the bottom of the heel of a shoe. Thus, the shaft member is used for physically fixing it on the bottom of the heel.
