Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shaft seal part structure capable of reducing start-up resistance of a compressor body.SOLUTION: A ring spacer 14 of which inner diameter is slightly larger than an outer diameter of a driving shaft 45 and smaller than an outer diameter of a rotating part 181 of a mechanical seal 18 is arranged between a bearing 13 in a bearing chamber 11 and the mechanical seal 18, a space at the mechanical seal 18 side in respect to the ring spacer 14 is communicated with an oil feeding passage 16 to form an oil reservoir space 19. Although a fine clearance δ is formed between an inner peripheral surface of the ring spacer 14 and an outer peripheral surface of the driving shaft 45, a feeding amount of oil fed through the oil feeding passage 16 upon operating a compressor body exceeds over an amount of leaked oil through the fine clearance δ and then the oil reservoir space 19 is filled with lubricant oil. On the other hand, when oil feeding through the oil feeding passage 16 stops due to stopping of the operation of the compressor body, oil surface is lowered down to a line L due to oil leakage through the fine clearance δ, thereby a start-up resistance accompanying agitation of lubricant oil is substantially reduced while lack of oil at the mechanical seal 18 is prevented.
