This shaft sleeve 3 for sealing a joint, especially, in a driving system of an automobile has a bellows 4 integrally structured with a connecting collar 5 and practically formed into a rotational symmetry. The connecting collar 5 has a plurality of curved parts 5a projecting inward in the radial direction, corresponding to recessed parts 2 recessed in the radial direction in the outside outline of a joint housing 1. An adjusting member 6 is installed outside of the connecting collar 5, and complements the outside outline to obtain a cylindrical peripheral surface, and the adjusting member 6 is connected to an annular clamp grip 7 for the connecting collar 5.
