PURPOSE: To pivot a tip of a tubular shaft on an intermediate shaft via two bearings and one tubular body, prevent occurrence of vibration and abnormal sound of the tubular shaft, and improve rotation feeling of the tubular shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A tip of an intermediate shaft 4 having a first clutch disk 3 is pivoted on a flywheel 2, and a tip of a tubular shaft 6 having a second clutch disk 5 is loosely fitted in the intermediate shaft 4. Bearings 7, 8 are provided on outer periphery on a face where a boss portion 3A of the first clutch disk 3 opposes to the tip of the tubular shaft 6, and a tubular body 9 is fitted in the outer periphery of both bearings 7, 8.
