Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shaker which is increased in response and displays excellent characteristics.
SOLUTION: A small-diameter part 22 is provided in the center of a hydraulic cylinder 21, chambers 32a and 32b wherein pistons 28a and 28b are supported are provided across the small-diameter part 22, and a servo valve 41 is arranged right below the small-diameter part 22; and this structure is provided with a tapered flank 24 between the small-diameter part 22 and a large-diameter part 23, tapered end surfaces 31 facing the tapered flank 24 is formed on pistons 28a and 28b respectively, and the distance between the servo valve 41 and piston member 25 is decreased, thus obtaining the shaker which is increased in response and displays excellent characteristics.
