Abstract:
To provide a vibration table control apparatus capable of improving the control performance of a control table on which a test piece with nonlinear characteristics is placed.SOLUTION: A vibration table control apparatus 10 comprises: a feed-forward controller 11 and a first feedback controller 12 for controlling an output signal y0 of a control system 100, which considers a test piece 2 and a vibration table 3 as one control object, to coincide with an input signal r; an adder 14 for adding outputs of the controllers 11 and 12 to output an operation signal u; and a first subtracter 15 for subtracting an output signal y^0 of a linear model 101, in which the operation signal u is input via an estimated waste time element 103, from the output signal y0 of the control system 100, in which the operation signal u is input via a waste time element 102, to output a first deviation signal σ. The feed-forward controller 11 performs control using an inverse transfer function of the linear model 101 on the input signal r, and the first feedback controller 12 performs control on the first deviation signal σ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
