Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly position the center point of a shaking table.
SOLUTION: The positioning device for the shaking table 11 for a vibration testing machine 1 is constituted of an air supplying system 2/air exhausting system 3 which supply/exhaust a compressed air to an air chamber 12, a displacement sensor 5 which detects the position of the shaking table, a control valve 31 which controls the flow rate of the compressed air, a drive motor 41 thereof, a control device 6 which controls driving of it, etc. The control device 6 rotates the motor 41 to open/close the control valve 31 so that the amount of air to be exhausted is controlled, thus the pressure in the air chamber 12 is controlled. The shaking table 11 is raised/lowered by the controlled pressure, so that it is automatically positioned at the center point in an oscillation range while the air pressure is automatically adjusted to such pressure as to support a weight applied on the shaking table. Thus, the shaking table is easily, surely, and quickly positioned.
