PURPOSE: To improve regulating ability of size and a grasping force and to produce an excellent adhering feeling by a method wherein a grip shaft is covered with a thermoplastic material which is softened in higher temperature than a temperature set above an ordinary temperature and is cured in lower temperature than a prescribed temperature containing an ordinary temperature, and the thermoplastic material is further covered with a cover.
CONSTITUTION: Provided a thermoplastic material 2 is, for example, thermoplastic resin synthesized in a manner to be softened at 60°C or higher, a grip part 10 softening at an ordinary temperature is heated through operation, e.g. immersion of it in hot water of 60°C or higher. In this case, thermoplastic resin, being the thermoplastic material 2, wrapped internally of the grip part 10 is soon heated to 60°C, and brought into a soft state. When, with this state, a pressure is applied on the grip part 10, the thermoplastic material 2 is deformed, and the cover 3 is also deformed in linkage with deformation of the thermoplastic material. When, after the grip part 10 is deformed in a desired shape, it is cooled through operation, e.g. immersion of it in water, the shape of the grip part 10 is kept in a state that the thermoplastic material 2 is cured again and deformed.
