Abstract:
To effectively suppress shape distortion of a steel plate in a cooling process of a steel plate manufacturing.SOLUTION: A manufacturing technique of a steel plate using a shape distortion prediction model conformed to a steel plate manufacturing line to manufacture a steel plate is provided. The shape distortion prediction model performs machine learning using a prescribed machine learning algorithm so as to make a prediction value of the shape distortion amount of the steel plate approach to an actual value of the shape distortion amount of the steel plate in which components of the steel plate, size of the steel plate, heating temperature to the steel plate, and a prescribed cooling condition including top and bottom water volume ratio of cooling water supplied to the steel plate are explanatory variables, and shape distortion amount of the steel plate is an objective variable. In the shape distortion prediction model, the prediction value is outputted based on the explanatory variables at the time of operation of the steel plate manufacturing line, and the top and bottom water volume ratio is determined based on the prediction value by an inverse analysis method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
