Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily perform the high-accuracy shape detection of a transparent body such as glass, cellophane, plastic or the like.
CONSTITUTION: Electromagnetic waves 1 having a wavelength which does not pass a transparent object 2 to be inspected are directed to the transparent object 2 to be inspected. The image of the transparent object 2 to be inspected is obtained by an image sensing part 3 having a light-receiving sensitivity to the electromagnetic waves 1. Thereby, a shape is measured. Since the transparent object 2 to be inspected cuts off the electromagnetic waves 1 completely, the image sensing part 3 can obtain the image whose contrast is high.
