The sheath 3 is disposed, in order to alternatively allow electrical actuation through the shape memory cable 2 so as to manually operate a control mechanism for functioning as a transmission element. Means 301, 302, 304 are provided so as to disconnect a current supplied to the cable 2, and protect them against the risk of overheating and detect the termination stop location of the shape memory cable 2 after heating. A larger number of plural shape memory cables 2 can be provided and disposed in between them in parallel.
