To provide a polyolefin resin having excellent shape-memory performance and provide a resin-lined steel pipe having a pipe of the resin on the inner surface of the steel pipe.

This invention provides a shape-memory resin produced by blending a polyolefin resin with a crystalline polystyrene, a shape-memory resin produced by blending the former shape-memory resin with a compatibilizing agent composed of one or more polymers selected from ethylene- styrene copolymers and propylene-styrene copolymers, a resin-lined steel pipe having a lining layer of the above shape-memory resin on the inner surface of a steel pipe, a resin-lined steel pipe having an adhesive layer between the above lining layer and the steel pipe and a resin-lined steel pipe having an adhesive layer containing one or more polymers selected from a polyolefin resin modified with maleic anhydride, an ethylene-maleic anhydride(-acrylic acid ester) copolymer and an ethylene-methacrylic acid(or -acrylic acid, -vinyl acetate or -acrylic acid ester) copolymer.
