Abstract:
To facilitate the temporary fixing of a preformed sealing material and to form it in a desired shape by cutting semi-open and semi-closed cell foam material.
The preformed sealing material comprises a flexible film 2 being more flexible than rubber foam and provided on one of the upper and lower surfaces of a rectangular sectional rubber foam 1 having both closed and open cell foams, and an adhesive layer 3 provided on the other, wherein the film 2 can be formed of a fiber or granular material deposited coupling layer. A flexible material may be impregnated instead of the film 2.
