PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaped steel squareness measurement device capable of measuring squareness quickly and inexpensively.SOLUTION: With respect to a reference surface 1 on which a shaped steel S is mounted in such a way that a web surface of the shaped steel S is in parallel to the reference surface 1, two laser distance meters 10a, 10b are disposed in such a way that each of laser irradiation points P is disposed at preset height H from the reference surface 1 and difference surfaces of a same flange F of the shaped steel S are irradiated with respective laser beams at angles θ, θin a longitudinal-direction orthogonal surface of the shaped steel S. The two laser distance meters 10a, 10b are simultaneously moved to the longitudinal-direction orthogonal direction of the shaped steel S and in parallel to the reference surface 1, distance to the outer surface of the shaped steel S is acquired in a period in which two laser distance meters 10, 10b perform one-way scanning, and a position of the outer surface of the shaped steel S is calculated based on the acquired distance to the outer surface of the shaped steel S. Then, based on position data of the shaped steel outer surface, a flange corner part squareness RA of the shaped steel S is calculated.
