Abstract:
PURPOSE:To bend the tips of wires at a prescribed spacing without damaging the insulator on the wires, by nipping the tip of each wire with jigs which have flat tip portions having right and left round-pointed projections. CONSTITUTION:The jigs 10 have the flat tip portions 12 of width about twice as much as that of the wires and have the right and left round-pointed projections 16. The flat tip of each wire 1 is nipped between the right and left projections of the jigs 10 to bend the tip of the wire. Since the projections of the jigs 10 come into contact with each other, the tips of the wires are bent at the prescribed spacing. Because the projections 16 are round-pointed, the insulator on the wire is not damaged.
