Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which a bundling cross section of a long material with a circular cross section can be shaped in a hexagon using a device structure simpler than before.SOLUTION: A device includes: a body frame 20 opened to the upper part with a long material dropped therein; a fixing member 30 forming a side part of a body frame 20 and fixed to a transverse frame 21 in an inverted truncated-chevron shape; and a turning member 40 supported in a truncated-chevron shape turnably in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of a long material 60 to a longitudinal frame 22 forming both sides of the body frame 20. When lifting and taking out the long material 60 after the bundling from the inside of a body frame 20, the turning member 40 is pushed by the long material 60 and is turned outwardly, and thereby the taking-out of the long material is permitted. After the bundled long material 60 is taken out, the turning member 40 is turned inside by its own weight and returned to an original state.
