Abstract:
Provided is a shaping method for shaping a laminated body (200) of multi-layered sheet materials containing reinforcing fibers by using a shaping die (10). The shaping die has a curved portion (13) formed in a convex shape over a predetermined direction. The shaping method includes: a fixing step (S103) of fixing, to the shaping die (10),a holding member (20) configured to cover the laminated body (200) over the predetermined direction so as to maintain a state where the laminated body (200) is pressed against the curved portion (13);a sealing step (S104) of sealing the laminated body (200) and the holding member (20) to the shaping die (10) by a sealing member (30) to form an enclosed space (CS); anda depressurizing step (S105) of depressurizing the enclosed space (CS) to thin the laminated body (200) by sucking air of the enclosed space (CS) formed in the sealing step (S104),wherein the fixing step (S103) fixes the holding member (20) to the shaping die (10) such that the holding member (20) does not come into contact with an end face (200c) on one side in the predetermined direction of the laminated body (200).
