PURPOSE: To make a shaver easy to carry and to improve safety by outward protruding a shaft means together with a blade support when an external cylinder is turned, locating it at a blade support attaching/detaching position, rotating the blade support at 90° when the external cylinder is further turned, and locating it at a usable position.

CONSTITUTION: When a pressing part 333 of a cylinder bottom part 33 is grasped with a hand and an external cylinder 32 of a handle means 3 is turned with the other hand, since both a bottom spiral groove 322 and a projection 212 and both a higher spiral groove 321 and a projection 222 are slid, assemblies 21 and 22 of a shaft means 2 are integrally moved up, the projection 212 is regulated at the upper end of a bottom guide groove 313 and in such a state, a blade support 1 can be attached and detached. When the external cylinder 32 is further turned, the projection 212 enter a long horizontal groove 323, and the projection 222 is slid together with the higher spiral groove 321 and moved up along with a higher guide groove 312. At such a time, the blade support 1 is pressed from the downside, the blade support 1 is rotated at 90° into horizontal position, and a shaving action is enabled. Thus, the shaver is prevented from occupying a wide space at the time of carrying and safety can be secured.
