Abstract:
To provide a shear peeling test method capable of quantitatively evaluating the adhesion of a film, and a shear peeling test jig suitable for the test method.SOLUTION: The shear peeling test method includes the steps of: preparing a test piece having a film on a part of the base material; placing the test piece with the surface opposite to the surface having the film on a bearing plate; placing a prismatic bite on the surface of the test piece in a portion where the film does not exist; fixing the bite by pressing the bite against the test piece to apply a predetermined load to the test piece; applying a load to the base material so that the film gets closer to the bite and bringing the side of the bite into contact with the film; further applying a load until the film peels off; and measuring the load applied to the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
