Abstract:
To provide a technology for efficient measurement of accurate shear strength.SOLUTION: A shear strength measurement device includes a movable part, a sample holder, an elastic body, and a detection part. The movable part is configured to be movable in the longitudinal direction along a first axis and has a pressing part having a pressing surface facing the front side and a pressurizing part receiving a force in a second direction. The sample holder has a holding part for projecting and holding a sample on a track through which the pressing surface passes when the movable part moves along the first axis, a pressure reception part receiving a force in a first direction, and a fixing mechanism for fixing the sample to the holding part by the force received by the pressure reception part. The elastic body is elastically deformed by receiving a compressive force between the pressurizing part and the pressure reception part. In the shear strength measurement device, the elastic body is elastically deformed in the course of moving the movable part forward, and then the sample is shear-broken by the pressing surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
