A plurality of transmission piezoelectric parts Sto Sare arranged with spacing D in a depth direction in the ground so as to transmit the shear waves to the ground. A plurality of reception piezoelectric parts Rto Rare arranged with the spacing D in the depth direction in the ground so as to receive the shear waves that are transmitted for each of the transmission piezoelectric parts Sto Sand propagated in the ground.
