To provide a shearing crushing device which can restrain the deposition/growth of crushed pieces inside the crushing device, and to provide an automatic traveling crusher equipped with the shearing crushing device.

In the crushing device 12 which shears a loaded material to be crushed and discharges the crushed pieces onto a conveyor below, the following components are provided: (1) a plurality of cleaners 22 which are opposed to a spacer 17 from the outside, in the width direction, of a housing 13, (2) a scraping part 66 which approaches the lower half side of an outer peripheral part of the spacer 17 and scrapes the crushed pieces deposited on the spacer 17, (3) a guide part 68 which is formed lowering flatly from the scraping part 66 as a start point up to a revolving orbit of the root part of a hook 16a of a cutter 16 or an end point 67 located to the outer peripheral side of the revolving orbit, and guides the crushed pieces downward, and (4) a peel-off part 69 which retreats as far as the side wall 13a side or upward to the guide part 68 from the end point 67 of the guide part 68 as a divergent point. In addition, a discharge path for the crushed piece toward the conveyor 24, is formed between the cleaners 22 mutually on the opposite side in the width direction of the housing 13.
