Title:
SHEARING DIE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS56126034
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To utilize materials extremely efficiently with production of virtually no parts left after cutting by forming an upper die and a lower die in such a way that the multiple teeth projecting into a hexagonal comb shape mesh each other.

CONSTITUTION: A shearing die 10 consists of an upper die 11 and a lower die 12, and the upper die 11 and lower die 12 are so formed that the multiple teeth 13, 14 projecting respectively into a comb shape mesh each other. The upper die 11 is formed into the combination of regular hexagons as a whole in which the regular hexagonal parts 15 and the root parts 17 of a trapezoidal shape common with one side 16 of said parts 15 are made continuous. The teeth 13 of the lower die 12 meshing the tooth 13 of the upper die 11 of exactly the same shape. The feeding and blanking of a sheet material 19 are started in such a manner that the leading edge 21 of the material 19 aligns to the line 16 of the teeth 13 of the upper die 11. Pieces 20 for the mosaic of a code 1 are blanked in the first time, thence a code 2 and a code 3 are successively blanked. Thereby, the parts other than the parts of a code 2' is utilized without any waste.
