Abstract:
To provide a shear processing method capable of suppressing vibrations and noise.SOLUTION: In a shear processing method, material to be processed having a first plane and a second plane of the side opposite thereto is arranged on a die such that the second plane is arranged on the die side and shear processing is performed with a punch arranged on the first plane side in a plane thickness direction of the material to be processed toward the second plane from the first plane of the material to be processed. Therein, the punch includes a pressing member fixed on an upper part of the punch so as to be brought into contact with a lateral plane of the punch and a young modulus of the pressing member is smaller than a Young modulus of material to be processed and the shear processing is performed while pressing a pressing member against the material to be processed at least upon the formation of fracture surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
