PURPOSE: To compose sheathing concrete blocks on the slope face of created land having designing property for easy execution of the work in the case that the sheathing concrete block are constructed on the slope face of the developed land of a residence or the like, and compose the external wall concrete blocks of the exterior of a building using the designing property.
CONSTITUTION: In order to compose concrete blocks U with the designs of brick shapes or deformed masonry shapes on the surfaces and with penetrated drip holes 7 in the internal sections, the blocks are formed with the prefabricated forms 1, 2 of trapezoidal cross-sectional areas as concrete placing forms. On the internal side surfaces of the pefabricated forms 1, brick-shaped or deformed-masonry-shaped patterns are applied, and drip hole composing members 6 are arranged, and the prefabricated forms 1 are contrived to be able to be used also for the concrete placing forms of the external wall of the exterior of a building.
