To provide a sheathing structure, shortening the term of construction in simple constitution and achieving high rigidity by connecting two or more panel bodies with a large strength.
This sheathing wall body 2 is constructed by disposing a plurality of flat and rectangular parallelepiped panel bodies 5 made of concrete adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction A, and stacking the same in a position horizontally A shifted by a distance (d) half of the width W of the panel body 5 in the vertical direction B. The respective panel bodies 5 are connected to each other by panel connecting means 3. The panel connecting means 3 connect both end parts 6a, 6b in width direction adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction A of the respective panel bodies 5, and also connect both end parts 6a, 6b in the cross direction of the respective panel bodies 5 and the central part 7 in the cross direction of the panel body 5 disposed above or below. An anchor means 4 has a plurality of chain-like tension members 10 buried in underlying soil 9 with one end 8a thereof connected to each panel body 5.
