PURPOSE: To improve the distinctness and decorativeness of a sheet, while the range of sheen degree and color is extended by a method in which a coating layer includes the matrix composed of flexible transparent polymer resin, the sheeny particle layer having the particle of sheeny substance and the coating surface layer composed of flexible transparent polymer resin and formed on the sheeny particle layer.
CONSTITUTION: A sheeny sheet includes the base cloth composed of fiber cloth and the sheeny coating layer formed on at least one surface of the base cloth. Said sheet is composed of the matrix made of the flexible transparent polymer resin having the sheeny coating layer of at most 90wt.%, the sheeny particle layer having the sheeny material-particle of 10W60wt.% dispersed in said matrix and the coating surface layer composed of the flexible transparent polymer resin formed on the sheeny particle layer. When the content of the sheeny material-particle in the sheeny particle layer is less than 10wt.%, the obtained sheeny is not sufficient, and the color of its appearance becomes almost gray. But when the content is more than 60wt.%, the mechanical strength of the sheeny particle layer is lowered, and the adhesion strength between the sheeny particle layer and the layer adjacent to said particle layer is reduced.
