Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject economic sheet capable of absorbing and separating drip generated from a fresh food and capable of preventing lowering of its quality by holding a powdery or granular edible saccharide between a semipermeable membrane and a water-absorbable porous sheet in layers.
CONSTITUTION: An objective sheet 1 obtained by holding a powdery or granular edible saccharide 4 preferably having 10-200g/m2 between a semipermeable membrane (e.g. PVA film) 2 and a water-absorbable porous sheet (e.g. expanded urethane sponge) 3 in layers.
