Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a sheet after-treatment device capable of increasing the productivity of a stapler device and at the same time, avoiding unnecessary jam processing as well as sheet after-treatment process.
CONSTITUTION: The subject device is composed of a sorter with pins 350 arranged in multi-stages in a vertical direction and a stapler device which staples a sheet discharged onto the pins 350 of the sorter. The pins 350 stapled by the stapler device are limited to only those to which the sheet is discharged under the control of a control device 800.
