Abstract:
To provide a sheet post-processing device capable of highly accurately estimating a loading amount on a discharge tray even if a power supply state changes while suppressing the number of sensors.SOLUTION: The sheet post-processing device includes: a movable first discharge tray having a weight sensor; and a fixed second discharge tray located below the first discharge tray and having no weight sensor. The first discharge tray is provided with a member for changing a weight detected by the weight sensor when it comes into contact with a bundle of sheets stacked on the second discharge tray. The first discharge tray is lowered to a predetermined position, and the weight detected at the predetermined position is changed with respect to the weight detected before, it is determined that the second discharge tray is full.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
