PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight sheet for aircraft seats, having flame and heat resistance and rich in air permeability and flexibility by forming a cloth of a two-layered structure from a flame retardant woolen cloth having a specific cover factor and a cloth composed of blended yarn of p-oriented aromatic polyamide fiber and flameproof fiber.

CONSTITUTION: A cloth of a two-layered structure, produced by using flame retardant woolen fiber in the front fabric layer and, on the other hand, blend yarn composed of p-oriented aromatic polyamide fiber and flame retardant fiber in the lining fabric layer, weaving the fiber and yarn so as to provide 20-70% cover factor of the front fabric layer and usable as a sheet for aircraft seats.
