Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized sheet binding implement which can be switched by a simple operation.
CONSTITUTION: Ring bases 12, 14 movable at least at one with respect to a binding board 10 are provided. Ring halves 16, 18, 20, 22 are respectively oppositely provided at the pair of the bases, and the halves are switched by the movement of at least the one base. A switching knob 24 for switching a binding implement by a user is provided at least one of the bases 12, 14 by being erected uprightly substantially at the center with respect to the longitudinal direction of the implement and the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
