Abstract:
To smoothly manufacture a high quality spiral body in a simple constitution and effectively avoid damage of a winding shaft.
A winding device 10 is provided with a winding shaft 12, and this winding shaft 12 has a first slit 20 and a second slit 24 extended in an axial direction to be perpendicular to each other. A battery constituting body 30 is inserted into the first slit 20, while the second slit 24 has a function of contracting the diameter of the winding shaft 12, thereby the diameter of the winding shaft 12 can be contracted uniformly over the entire circumference at having a supporting pin 18 removed therefrom.
