In this sheet 1, a plurality of labels 3L and 3R are so stuck along the longitudinal direction of the board 2 as to be paired laterally, with a prescribed space between them, on the surface of the board 2. Perforations 4L and 4R extending parallel along the above longitudinal direction along which the labels 3L and 3R are arranged are put respectively in the regions of the board 2 corresponding to the opposite inner edge parts on the left and right sides of the paired labels 3L and 3R paired laterally with the prescribed space between. When the board 2 is bent toward the back side along the perforation 4L on the left and the perforation 4R on the right, the right end part of each label 3L on the left and the left end part of each label 3R on the right are so separated from the surface of the board 2 as to stand up therefrom.
