Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for turning up a sheet from a sheet bundle and executing processing on the turned-up sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet bundle processing device includes a bundle holding part, a turn-up roller, a handling roller, and a processing part. The bundle holding part fixes one end of a sheet bundle, and holds the sheet bundle in a predetermined posture. The turn-up roller is disposed on a side closer to the other end than the surface center of the held sheet bundle, abuts on the surface of a first sheet positioned most outside among the sheets of the sheet bundle, and rotates in a first direction to move the abutment part of the first sheet in a first moving direction from the other end side toward the surface center side, thereby turning up the first sheet. The handling roller is positioned upstream of the turn-up roller of the first moving direction, abuts on the surface of the first sheet among the sheets of the sheet bundle yet to be turned up to rotate in a second direction, thereby changing a relative positional relationship between the first sheet and a part of a second sheet on which the first sheet is stacked. The processing part executes processing on the side of the turned-up sheet facing the turn-up roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
