Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting device capable of efficiently trimming at a high speed, without imparting damage such as wrinkle on a sheet at each rotation when a sheet bundle is rotated to be positioned at a cutting position, for cutting.SOLUTION: A rotational speed of a sheet holding member for biasing posture of a sheet bundle is selected from among a plurality of different steps, for setting. According to sheet nature (mechanical strength characteristic) such as size, thickness, basis weight, material nature, nerve, friction coefficient of a front cover sheet (a sheet contacting to a rotary member), a low speed is used for a sheet which is easy to receive damage, and rotated at a high speed for a sheet which is hard to receive damage.
