The device is equipped with a feeding roller carrying each sheet, a delivery roller 34 carrying each sheet at the downstream side in the carrying direction of the feeding roller, and when a transmission roller 35 transmitting driving force from the feeding roller to the delivery roller 34, and the delivery roller 34 is formed out of a carrying member 38 carrying each sheet, and of a delivery force transmitted part 37 against which the driving force transmission part of the delivery roller abuts. In this case, the aforesaid driving force transmitted part 37 is formed out of material high in frictional coefficient, and the aforesaid transmission roller 35 is energized by an elastic shaft so as to be freely rotated with respect to the feeding roller and the delivery roller 34, and the driving force transmission part abutting against the driving force transmitted part 37 of the delivery roller 34, is formed out of material high in frictional coefficient.
